Negotiated with bankers and venture capitalists to provide financing support as follows:
- Provide finance to buy out one partner in business.
- Negotiate additional support when huge downturn in market.
- Refinance the business involving cash injection from management team and write offs of majority of investment from banks and venture capitalists.

Provide financial advice on ongoing basis in attempt to guide the management team through traumatic downturn and change in market conditions including dramatically reducing the break even position of the company to help the company survive.

After surviving nearly 5 years through the downturn and turnover dropping from £2m per month to £100k per month guiding the management team through the potential of insolvency and ensuring the team received the appropriate advice.
