Successful applicants will have experience of working within specialist therapy areas, demonstrate experience of a wide range of differing aspects of the marketing mix and consistently deliver to a high standard.
Senior Brand Manager:
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate must have experience as a Brand Manager and evidence of strategic planning and execution are considered essential for this position. In addition a proven experience of successfully managing and developing individuals and cross functional teams is required for this role.
Brand Manager:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmaceutical marketing professional to join a specialist hospital marketing team. Key responsibilities include contribution towards the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans, previous experience in KOL relationship management would be an added advantage.

In Takeda head office, near High Wycombe, there are two new roles for Brand Managers both reporting to the Brand Directors. These high profile, senior roles will be involved in strategic brand planning, key opinion leader development and also the PR programme for the nominated brand across the UK.
The ideal candidates will have a mix of skills, developed within a pharmaceutical marketing background. Experience of the creation and implementation of PR programmes is key to this exciting new role. In addition, it is important that the candidate has experience of key opinion leader development, alongside traditional marketing programmes. It is critical that the successful candidate has the ability to work well in their immediate team but also cross-functionally within the organisation and externally, so excellent interpersonal skills are very important.
The working environment in HO is within a team of 50 key staff, so individual contribution and accountability are a fundamental part of the company ethos. With this accountability there is a great opportunity for personal growth and career progression with the future options to work with not only the UK leadership team but also the global business in this expanding and innovative company.
As you would expect the remuneration package is highly competitive with a salary of up to £60,000 plus £7500 car allowance, bonus, pension, PHI, Life Assurance, Health cover and 25 days holiday.
