Apodi was set up in the year 2006 by Tony Swift, Managing Director
Tony has had a hugely successful career both as a top sportsman and as a highly successful business leader. As a qualified Accountant (ACA) he has worked extensively both in practice and commerce. His involvement in sport at international level sparked his interest in organisational strategy and execution. He specialises in the professional service firm and pharmaceutical sectors.
Lynne Sullivan, Founder Director
Lynne is a founder director of the company and has extensive experience in the provision of finance and administrative services to a range of industry sectors. Recently Lynne has been heavily involved in advising clients in the refunding of businesses and the reorganisation and management of finance departments.
Sharon Sunley, Director of HR
Sharon joined the Apodi Board after more than 20 years in senior HR roles across a number of industries including IT, Pharmaceuticals and Recruitment Services. During this time she was responsible for the direction of highly successful HR teams working in a range of small to large organisations. Her particular areas of expertise lie in the direction and development of HR & Resourcing capability to augment business success in a commercial and practical manner.
Gillian Morgan, Head of Resourcing and Development Services
Gillian has worked at a senior operational level in the pharmaceutical and recruitment industry for over 20 years. Her latter roles include Talent Management Director for In2Focus where she ran a leading edge resourcing capability. Gillian also managed the talent development programme for over 500 employees. Gillian’s interests are in ensuring resourcing is a leading edge component of businesses ensuring they attract and retain the correct talent for the future.
Justine Harvey, Head of HR Services
Justine heads up the Apodi HR Services department. She has 10 years’ post qualification experience and has worked within the Pharmaceutical, IT and Recruitment sectors. Her role includes delivery of project based client work and resource planning for the HR Services department including management of the Associate network. Justine has a proven track record as an HR generalist and in particular has vast experience in TUPE issues and large scale redundancy and redeployment projects. Justine is also particularly experienced in the complexities of employing outsourced staff.
Lynn Jeggo, Head of Marketing Services
Lynn joined Apodi following 15 years within the pharmaceutical sector. Most recently she was the Head of Marketing and a founding member of a very successful sales organisation for which she had responsibility for the entire marketing function. Her role at Apodi includes developing the corporate marketing plan, internal communications programme, CRM strategy and tactical implementation plans, together with responsibility for small scale client projects.
