Mark has spent over 30 years in the people management and development arena and has extensive experience in both UK and European HR issues.

Mark is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the Institute of Directors, and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Additionally, Mark is qualified in psychometric/occupational testing and a licensed business practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming.
