Sharon joined the Apodi board after more than 30 years in senior HR roles across several industries including IT, pharmaceuticals, and recruitment services.

During this time, she was responsible for directing highly successful HR teams working in a range of small to large organisations.

Sharon's areas of expertise lie in the direction and development of HR and recruitment capability to augment business success in a commercial and practical manner.
